Alumawood patios are very low maintenance since they do not rust, warp, or crack like wood does. Alumawood also has a special finish that resists fading, peeling, and chipping, so you don’t need to repaint or stain them regularly. Plus, they’re easy to clean-I posted a video below of us cleaning someones Alumawood patio and how easy it is if you need to clean them. Usually, just a quick rinse with water is enough to keep them looking good. This makes alumawood patios a great option if you want the look of wood without the hassle of constant upkeep.
This customer has a tree above their patio/roof area that spreads a lot of pine needles. We took a leaf blower and blew everything off of it to the very front of the patio (gutter). Cleaning alumawood patio gutters is important because it helps prevent clogs that can cause water overflow and damage to your patio structure. I wanted to show you a clip of how low maintenance these patio covers are and how we are always willing to help our customers out.
